Qualifications and responsibilities for this Tower Technician position include:
1+ years of experience in tower construction and maintenance preferred.
General tower safety knowledge and ability to utilize 100% tie-off techniques at all times.
Jin pole, Microwave, and Rigging experience a plus.
ComTrain, Anritsu, Andrew, Commscope, RFS, Cablewave, Eupen, and Boom Truck certifications a plus.
Climb and work at heights up to 1000 feet daily.
Install antennas, cable ladders, and various telecom equipment.
Perform routine and specialized tower maintenance and troubleshoot systems.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Mentor and guide less experienced team members.
Maintain reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, with CDL Class A as a plus.
Salary: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 2 weeks of vacation, 3 personal days, health, dental, and vision coverage (beginning the first of the month after 60 days), and a 401(k) with 4% match and immediate vesting (starting the first of the month after 90 days).
