Experienced Attorney Opportunity: Join Our Renowned Toxic Tort and Complex Litigation Team

A nationally recognized litigation law firm, concentrating on complex civil matters, is seeking an experienced attorney to join its asbestos and/or toxic tort practice group. The firm's practice areas include toxic tort, complex product liability, general liability, local government, and commercial litigation. We are looking for a skilled attorney eager to handle diverse, high-stakes cases throughout Nevada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage local and national accounts.
• Handle a litigation caseload independently.
• Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for depositions and trials.
• Review and respond to discovery requests, including drafting discovery responses and pleadings.
• Prepare and file court documents, with experience in e-filing.
• Support trial preparation and proceedings.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in complex litigation, toxic tort liability, or environmental liability.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in Nevada.
• Proficient in motion practice and deposition handling.
• Experience leading plaintiff and expert depositions.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong research, writing, and multitasking skills.
• Capable of analyzing complex legal matters.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $110,000 - $135,000 depending on experience and background.
