Traffic Coordinator - Talent & Acquisition LLC., d/b/a Stand 8

We are seeking a highly organized, articulate, and intelligent individual with a passion for digital media laws, regulations, and creative solutions for ad partners. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative Standards & Practices (S&P) team in the Ad Standards division. You will play a key role in reviewing and approving adult-directed advertising across our U.S. Domestic properties, including broadcast, cable, digital, and streaming.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve daily advertising material, including substantiation and documentation of product claims, ensuring compliance with FTC and FCC laws, industry regulations, and brand policies.
• Serve as the traffic coordinator for the S&P department, ensuring timely review by editors and improving processes.
• Build and foster strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
• Assist with special event reviews and atypical processes for major Sports, CBSSN, digital, and social platforms.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1 year of experience in television, music, or entertainment (internships considered).
• Strong interest in the convergence of digital new media, laws, regulations, and creative advertising solutions.
• High energy, inquisitive, and eager to learn on the job.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and a willingness to learn proprietary software platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively on multiple tasks without constant supervision.
• Desire to be a collaborative team player.

Required Experience

• 1 year of experience in television, music, or entertainment.
• Strong interest in digital media laws, regulations, and solutions for advertising partners.
• Previous internship experience will be considered.

Additional Details

The base range for this contract position is $27 - $37/per hour, depending on experience.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered
