Description/Job Summary
The Training Coordinator is responsible for the administration of noncredit courses to include preparing master schedules and registering students
Responsibilities/Duties
- Prepare adjunct faculty contracts and monitor and submit payroll.
- Prepare instructional materials for classes to include books and any other resources the adjunct or student may need.
- Collect class documents and maintain course/student files.
- Ensure grades are being submitted by the adjunct faculty.
- Prepare certificates for students who complete courses.
- Deliver materials, start classes, finalize classes and attend meetings at off-campus locations as needed.
- Analyze evaluations and make recommendations concerning future programming
- Make recommendations to management for program improvement or enhancement
- Serve as the front line contact for adjunct faculty, students and clients.
- Other duties as assign.
Required Qualifications
- AA Degree in related field.
- Five years' experience working in healthcare or higher education
- Must have good personal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Seven years' experience working in healthcare or higher education
