Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 6 months - 2 years based on performance
As a Technical Project Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to support project logistics, coordination for critical initiatives; and strategy for vendor management focused on the Technology & Products organization at Company. You will report to a Director in the Technology, People, Innovation & Learning team (TPIL) with a main focus of supporting our technical learning charter.

As a Technical Project Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to support project logistics, coordination for critical initiatives; and strategy for vendor management focused on the Technology & Products organization at Company. You will report to a Director in the Technology, People, Innovation & Learning team (TPIL) with a main focus of supporting our technical learning charter.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end coordination for all technical licenses that our engineering audience engages with
- Ensure our live virtual classes are scheduled properly in our learning management system (LMS), calendar and post all events, as well as track and communicate status
- Send calendar invites, reminders, pre-program work, manager notifications, post-event communication.
- Meet with vendors on a regular basis to support the content, logistics, and operations of our vendor led technical courses or licenses
- The Technical Project Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating and managing technical projects that align with our strategic objectives
- Take on tasks such as communication strategy with our internal customers and upleveling engagement of our offerings (marketing)
- Proactively look for opportunities to meet internal customers and stakeholders to find opportunities to support the technical business initiatives of T&P
- Manage the end-to-end operations internal Companysystems including generating reports and pulling metrics for stakeholders
- Assist in the analysis and evaluation of technical solutions and their alignment with business strategies
- Support the development and implementation of technical strategies and initiatives
Required Skills/Experience:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Thrives working in a high-tech company.
- Light coding or html experience a bonus skill
- Experience with vendor management and relationships while strategically supporting the adoption of tools and business initiatives
- Doesn't need a ton of supervision - self-starter and problem solver.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Applications, including Gmail, Google Drive and managing multiple Google calendars (and not afraid of getting hands dirty learning new tools)
- Proactively communicates with global team and stakeholders, ensuring that all work is well-managed without supervision.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience carrying an operations workload, juggling multiple competing business priorities, and working under tight deadlines.
- Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration.
- Work well in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
