Training Director, Property Management
We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Manager to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to enhance and update our existing training programs. This position is crucial for refining our onboarding and career development processes at all levels of our organization, from site-level positions to Regional Property Managers (RPMs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the multi-family apartment industry or a similar field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the HR team to assess the current training program, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between site-level employees and senior management to ensure training programs effectively meet the business's needs.
- Develop and implement new training modules, ensuring they are relevant and up-to-date with industry standards.
- Research and recommend online training options that can complement or replace outdated components of the existing program.
- Engage with property teams in different regions to ensure training programs are effectively implemented and understood.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in training and development within the Multi-Family apartment industry or a closely related field.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies, both in-person and virtual.
- Experience with developing and implementing training onboarding processes.
- Ability to travel up to 50% across multiple states.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with online training platforms and tools preferred.
- Knowledge of safety training protocols and procedures preferred.
