About the Job
The Training Scheduler manages the training bidding system for Crewmembers, Instructors, and contract Flight Attendants. This role involves analyzing complex scheduling issues, ensuring compliance with FAA and company regulations, and maintaining effective communication with related departments to ensure smooth scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer training courses and produce scenarios based on automated bid systems.
- Develop and execute cost-effective training schedules that comply with FAA regulations.
- Coordinate with Crew Scheduling and other departments to monitor training progress and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Manage data updates, crewmember notifications, and training reports via AIMS.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Airline Scheduling experience.
- 2+ years with crew management software; AIMS experience is a plus.
- High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s preferred.
- Strong knowledge of airline Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent communication and decision-making skills.
Special Demands:
- Must be flexible and available for various shifts, including weekends.
