**Job Description**
**Job Summary**
The Training Specialist is responsible for supporting various Training initatives. Utilizes strong organizational skills, project management skills, and experience facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions. Salesforce expertise required.
**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**
+ Oversee the learning management system (LMS) and serve as the primary administrator by providing assistance with scheduling, training deployment, class enrollment, reporting, and system optimization
+ Provide help desk support by troubleshooting and responding to requests and questions, correcting systems problems, and following up to ensure satisfactory resolution to systems-related issues in a timely manner
+ Manage program logistics and coordination for all major Training initiatives
+ Maintain a library of training materials and resources for accurate tracking and recall
+ Collect and generate metrics on training consumption to evaluate learning effectiveness and to identify developmental opportunities
+ Prepare reports and analysis, including ad-hoc reports monthly to uncover areas for improvements and innovation
+ Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency of training services offered
+ Facilitate scheduled in-person and virtual training sessions
+ Customer-focused when assisting employees with their LMS / training program questions and requests
**Job Qualifications**
**REQUIRED EDUCATION:**
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, or previous applicable work experience in lieu of degree
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:**
+ 1 - 3 years related experience
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Ability to multi-task and meet project deadlines
+ Attention to detail and self-proofing
+ Ability to work under minimal supervision and has a high level of personal initiative
+ Ability to build relationships
+ Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to syntehsize mulitpe opinions and feedback
+ Proficient in database management and record keeping
+ Strong oral, written, listening and presentation skills
+ Able to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality
+ Resourceful and creative with problem solving
+ Salesforce Certification
**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:**
+ 1 years of training coordination experience
+ 2 years of LMS administration experience
+ 1-2 years of facilitation experience

Pay Range: $19.64 - $42.55 / HOURLY
