We are excited to be opening our new distribution facility in Merrillville, IN using state-of-the-art technology while minimizing our carbon footprint. Our 400,000 square foot facility will serve as one of our global shipping hubs responsible for meeting the demand of our customers internationally.
The Sr Training Specialist will lead the development, coordination, and evaluation of training programs that align with strategic goals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement. The Sr Training Specialist will lead the development, coordination, and evaluation of training programs that align with strategic goals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:

Employee Development:
- Design and implement training using the ADDIE Model and TWI standards.
- Collaborate with departments to identify training needs and create tailored learning plans.
- Lead new hire orientation and coach employees on effective instruction techniques.

Leadership & Project Management:
- Manage training projects and mentor new training specialists.
- Provide data-driven analysis to support management decisions.

Documentation & Coordination:
- Maintain accurate training records in the LMS and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Organize global training seminars and liaise with external vendors as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in training development and facilitation
- Leadership or mentoring experience (2-5 years), preferably in manufacturing or warehouse settings
- Expertise in LMS, eLearning software (Articulate, Captivate), and process improvement
- Strong communication and presentation skills
