This role will support the overall quality training program to ensure compliance with the GxPs and the regulations. Provide support to overall execution of our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration of the learning management system.
- Provide internal and external audit support, providing requested training documentation.
- Ensure all updates to curriculum, learning plans, and learning objects are executed after period reviews.
- Ensure procedures are properly assigned to curriculum.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the training program to align to business needs.
- Collaborate with departmental/technical trainers to ensure training programs are effectively being delivered.
A minimum of a bachelor's or equivalent University degree or equivalent experience is required.
Required:
- 0-2 years' experience in training and development.
- Experience working with learning management systems or computer systems.
- Critical thinking and organizational skills are required.
- Good communication skills and the ability to problem solve.
- This position may require up to 10% domestic travel.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
