About the Job
A Premier boutique mulitpractice law firm located in San Antonio, TX is seeking a 6-10 year Transactional Commercial Real Estate Attorney. The ideal candidate will seek to develop business and have ambiition to grow in their carer and will be supported by the firm. The Attorney will also supervise at least one Associate Attorney, paralegal and work on managing transactions, dealing with negotiations, and a background in Oil & Gas is advantageous, but not required.
The ideal candidate desires to work in a collaborative team centric office.
Transactional Commercial Real Estate Attorney Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience
- Previous M&A experience is preferred
- Licensed to practice in law in TX
