Transactions Specialist II - Deposit Review Operations Team - JPMorgan Chase

This position is a weekend hybrid schedule with off days of Wed/Thu. This is not a fully remote position. Work Week is Friday to Tuesday 10:00am-6:30pm, Sat/Sun 8:00am-4:30pm. A Shift Differential is included.
As a Transactions Specialist II in Deposit Review Operations, you will be responsible for reviewing transaction images of remote deposits
As a Transactions Specialist II, on the Deposit Review Operations team, you will be responsible for reviewing transaction images deposited through self-service platforms such as ATMS and Mobile Quick Deposit for negotiability criteria. The main functions of this role are technology based and are accessed via computer applications. Deposit Review Operations (DRO) is within the Payment Services group, which provides a variety of services for both individual and corporate customers across all JPMorgan Chase lines of business. The business units within the group continually implement cutting edge technology, and their commitment has distinguished them as an industry leader.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Review transaction images
+ Maintain motivation in a high-production environment as it relates to speed and accuracy.
+ Meet monthly performance targets consistently.
+ Process work-type in a specific sequence
+ Be available for overtime
+ Be available for potential cross-utilization opportunities with other internal departments
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
+ High School Diploma/GED Required
+ Strong analytical skills
+ Computer familiarity and dexterity
+ Basic knowledge of banking transactions and check autonomy.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Tools preferred
