We’re looking for a transition client onboarding associate to join our ranks. As a transition associate in our Transition department, you will support new financial advisors and their staff during the pivotal time they move their practice to Commonwealth. In this mostly behind-the-scenes role, you will be a key player in supporting their offices by facilitating the movement of client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Working and collaborating directly with newly joined financial advisors to assist in successfully onboarding their clients
- Reviewing data collection spreadsheets to validate data and determine client needs
- Establishing accounts with accuracy and sending all required forms to clients electronically or physically
- Creating cases or forms for client features
- Managing and updating department workflows and resources on SharePoint
- Supporting the Transition department with other administrative and operational tasks

- Ability to independently and accurately manage multiple projects and tasks with competing priorities

- Ability to work in the office
- Experience working in an advisor’s office preferred
- Virtual support experience preferred
