• Diagnose problems with transport refrigeration equipment and perform repairs with minimum supervision
  
• Perform routine procedures efficiently and productively
• Working knowledge of transport temperture and equipment/gauges
• Ability to read and understand maintenance manuals
• Submit paperwork timely and accurately
• 2+ years mechanical experience and maintain required tools to perform duties
• Strong communication skills and comfortable with customer interaction
