Transportation Coordinator/Van Driver-NAR/CNA - Renton Health and Rehabilitation

We are seeking a responsible and reliable Full-time Van Driver / Transportation Clerk to provide transportation services for seniors in our community. The Full Time Driver will be responsible for safely driving seniors to appointments and other destinations, as well as scheduling upcoming appointments for our patients. The successful candidate will have a clean driving record, be a certified CNA or working towards Certification and a friendly and patient personality.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport seniors to appointments and other destinations

• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle

• Follow all traffic laws and regulations

• Communicate effectively with seniors and their families, as well as other team members and management

• Coordinate and Schedule external appointments 

  Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience 
• Ability to pass a background check 
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/NAR with future CNA obtained Required
• Friendly and patient personality 
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Organizational skills 
• Ability to communicate with clinics to schedule appointments in a timely manner 
• Clear communication skills both written and spoken
