Strongly prefer experience with GE and Meditech Unit Information: St Lucie MC – CT Tech (726) Location: St Lucie MC Address: 1800 S.E Tiffany Ave, Port St Lucie, FL, 34952 Floor: Building: Main General Information Tell us about the unit(s): · Number of Beds - 2 CT Scanners, 2 table · Number of Staff – 2 Tech 24 hours a day, 12 hour shifts · Type of staff: 2 CT Tech’s, Director, radiologists o Day Shift – 2 CT Techs, 1 table, 12 hour shifts o Night Shift - 2 CT Techs, 1 table, 12 hour shifts · Patient Ratios (Estimated) – 1:1, on-call is required – will consist of every other weekend, Fri-Sun from 7P – 7A · Type of equipment - GE, 1.5 , Discovery 450 · EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · BLS, ARRT (CT) · Certified CT Tech – Strongly prefer experience with GE and Meditech Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. · ACLS · RT (T), ASRT · FASRT List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · CT Scan, MRI, body scanner , X-Rays · Create pictures of bones, organs, tissues and combine to create accurate picture assessment Best personality Fit: · Critical thinker, flexible, no call associated, willing to work weekends and nights · Work independently is a MUST, adaptable, flexible Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. · Scrub Color - Navy Blue, white, or combination of both – nothing else. · Awards/Recognition: Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, reigning annual chili cook-off winners, etc. · 229 bed Joint Commission and designated top performing hospital since 1983 · Certified primary stroke center, Blue Distinction Maternity care center and Senior Friendly
