Shift: Days, 7a-5:30p, 10x4, 40hrs per week, with rotating day off

Length: 13 weeks

Weekend Rotation: rotating on call (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
On-call Requirements: 6-8 days per month; including one weekend; Call back time 30 minutes
Holidays Requirements: as needed

Requirements:

• IL License
• 5+ year recent Cath Lab experience
• BLS
• ARRT
• Multi-special lab and need high experience nurses in EPCathIR
