Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:30 - 16:00)//M - F; 730 - 4 with on-call afterhours and weekend rotation//Must be within 30 minutes of the hospital when on-call//to cover Hybrid OR and Hybrid OR call for after hours and emergent cases//2 years' experience required//Floating: travelers may float to different unit//EPIC is required//Certification: BLS, KY State License, covid & Flu Card, CRT, RCIS//Mile Radius Rule Applies.
