Job Description:

Connected Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Local Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment near Phillipsburg, KS. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional looking to make a positive impact in a supportive community while experiencing the unique charm of rural Kansas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and create personalized treatment plans
• Administer physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
• Monitor and document patients’ progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on exercise techniques, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
• Comply with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Kansas
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in outpatient or inpatient settings
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and patient needs
