Job DetailsPosition/Specilty: Histology TechHistotechnologist - Under direct supervision performs routine and complex histologic procedures including, processing, embedding, microtomy, routine and special stains, and immunohistochemistry. Performs quality control on completed slides. Identifies problems that may affect diagnosis and results. Records observations from tests. Documents maintenance of instruments and equipment used in the lab. Complies with established laboratory policies and procedures.
