1 year Home Health PTA experience - REQUIRED Valid drivers license and car insurance - REQUIRED COVID vaccination required - DECLINATIONS WILL NOT BE APPROVED **Please add vaccination status in the profile** OASIS and start of care experience - strongly preferred Manager will review local candidates! If the candidate is too far from the territory they will redirect.
