AlliedTravelCareers is working with Origin Travel Nurses to find a qualified Interventional Radiology in Coral Gables, Florida, 33133 Pay Information $2,682 per week About The Position We are seeking an experienced IR Tech for a 13-week contract assignment in the Miami/Coral Gables area. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-focused environment, assisting with a variety of interventional radiology procedures. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in atherectomies, IVUS, leg cases, stenting, and scrubbing into sterile procedures. Key Responsibilities: Assist with interventional radiology procedures, including angiograms, IVUS, fistulograms, and other vascular/interventional cases. Utilize GE C-arm systems, CSI, Spectranetics, and Philips IVUS technologies effectively during procedures. Manage and track inventory and supplies, ensuring the IR suite is properly stocked and prepared. Scrub in and assist the physician during interventional procedures. Maintain accurate documentation using eClinical Works (EMR). Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and safety during procedures. Skills & Qualifications: Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist (ARRT or equivalent). Minimum of 2 years of experience in interventional radiology, with a strong background in atherectomies, IVUS, legs, stenting, and scrubbing. Familiarity with GE C-arm, Philips IVUS, and Spectranetics equipment. Experience with eClinical Works or similar EMR systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing schedules. Strong organizational skills for inventory management and procedural preparation. Shift & Schedule: Flexible hours, with shifts varying based on case load (8, 10, or occasionally 12-hour shifts). 5-8 cases per day, depending on volume.
