Long Term Care/chronic Care Lpn/lvn Contract Details:
- $1,044 - $1,128 per week*
- 13-week contract with possibility to extend
- NOC shifts available

Requirements:
- Current West Virginia Lpn/lvn License / Certification
- American Heart Association BLS
- 1 to 2 years of recent relevant experience
