**Job Opportunity: LTC LVN/LPN (REQ ID: 61567)****Location:** Long Term Care Facility, Alaska **Start Date:** ASAP **Shift:** 3x12 Variable (Days or Nights based on facility needs) **Experience Required:** Minimum 1 year in LTC, no first-timers accepted **Certifications:** BLS, valid Alaska License required **Ratios:** 1:20 **Guaranteed Hours:** 60 hours per 2 weeks; potential for being called off for 1 shift every 2 weeks **Travel Requirements:** Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility; no locals accepted; no pending licenses **Facility Info:** 40 staffed beds, ECS charting, free parking **Additional Perks:** Vehicle provided for use during assignment (must have valid driver's license and insurance), with specific usage restrictions. Time off will be considered individually upon offer. **Note:** Travelers must maintain vehicle in good condition and return it with a full tank.
