**Job Description:**
- Provide diagnosis and treatment for clients within the range of program services, especially those requiring chemical dependency treatment
- Offer individual and family counseling
- Prepare written reports, regular case documentation, and summaries for consultation in accordance with program standards and professional ethics
- Perform duties necessary to accomplish program objectives
- Act as an advocate for program participants with courts, schools, treatment centers, and relevant services to facilitate referrals and conduct follow-ups
- Provide outreach and case management to primary clients
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics
- Form good working and therapeutic relationships
- Possess strong organizational, detail-oriented, and communication skills
- Demonstrate group work skills
- Have competent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of computers with familiarity with Microsoft Office software
