**Job Title:** Intellectual Developmental Disabilities Supervisor

**Experience:** Minimum one year experience in examining, evaluating, and treating children and adolescents with intellectual and developmental disability diagnoses
**License:** LMSW, LLP, or LPC with the State of Michigan; full licenses only
**Certifications:** Must meet the requirements for Children’s Mental Health Professional (CMHP) and Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) within 120 days of hire
**Must-Have:**
- Experience in a supervisory capacity preferred
- Experience with electronic medical record highly preferred
- Valid driver’s license and favorable driving record
- Ability to appropriately handle crisis situations
**Job Description:**
- Provide standard and clinical supervision to staff members using various supervisory methodologies
- Manage and process crisis situations with program staff and clients
- Maintain electronic medical record training and assist staff with related questions and concerns
- Review all treatment records and reports, providing direction for documentation improvement
- Manage staff, including hiring, termination, training, directing work, and evaluating performance
- Participate in monthly Total Quality Management Committee meetings and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Supervise case program consultations with staff
- Ensure systems are in place to maintain staff credentials and training hours
- Conduct regular staff meetings and maintain records
- Complete documentation, referrals, and other required paperwork
- Act as a liaison and participate in agency committees
- Complete 24 hours of program or position-specific training annually
- Collaborate with Program Director and Finance to ensure funding and budgetary guidelines are met
- Train staff in Person-Centered Planning guidelines
- Ensure service activities and case records meet standards established by accrediting bodies
- Follow a professional code of ethics
- Additional duties as assigned
