**Job Description:**
- Perform moderate and highly complex laboratory testing in Chemistry, Coagulation, Hematology, and Microbiology.
- Accurately execute tests on materials derived from the human body for patient diagnosis, prevention, or treatment.
- Report results substantiated by appropriate quality control systems.
- Actively contribute to Performance Improvement activities and participation in proficiency testing.
- Supervise MLT and CPT staff and provide functional guidance to all lab staff.
- Review quality control data to ensure accurate results, interpret shifts and trends, and take corrective action.
- Calibrate and adjust laboratory equipment based on knowledge and guidelines.
- Act as a resource to medical and nursing staff regarding lab reports.
- Interpret clinical values and document critical values per policy.
- Perform preventive and non-scheduled maintenance procedures with appropriate documentation

- High school diploma or GED (Required)
- Baccalaureate degree in Biology or related science
