- Day Shift – 1 charge, 4 nurses, 1 tech, 1 unit clerk, 1 physician and 1 midlevel per pod
- Night Shift - 1 charge, 4 nurses, 1 tech, 1 unit clerk, 1 physician and 1 midlevel per pod
- Patient Ratios – 3:1 average, low acuity 5:1, Peds - team nursing - Estimated ratios, not guaranteed

- List typical procedures performed on unit(s): IV starts, medication administration, sedations, pediatrics
- Good grasp on patient experience required
- Best personality Fit: Able to keep up with our fast pace ER, Diverse and able to learn quickly
- We look at experience from large facilities, how many years of experience, Meditech experience and ask about characteristics related to pace
- Expectation is that you scan your patient and medications every time
