About the Job
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required for certain units.
- BLS - Basic Life Support for all Nursing and Tech positions.
- PALS, NRP, and CHEMO certifications listed as requirements for specific roles.
Certification Details
- Sub requirements - Coversheet, resume, primary source verification, skills checklist, BLS and ACLS.
- *Staff required to wear lead.
- *Includes weekends and on call. No holidays except for on call.
- *Staff will be expected to float assignments within the Radiology and Pain departments.
- COOK IS A MANDITORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion.
- RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.
