Ratio 1:2 except for active labor or some high-risk medication then 1:1.AWHONN staffing guidelines. Must circulate, circulate and scrub preferred. 1-2 days of orientation. Scrubs provided. EPIC. Floating is required. Travelers first to float to M/B or LDRP if experienced. No rotating schedule. No self-schedule. Weekends and holidays as needed maybe every other weekend. No call. Patient pop: PIH, diabetes, preterm labor. Equipment: IV pumps, Epidural pumps IUPC, FSE. Procedures: Starting IV, blood draws, MGso4 for PTL /PRE -eclampsia, inductions, cervical ripening.
