We do have some groups of 3 and critical 1:1s; higher acuity with CNA support who are eager to learn! Contiuing care model with ICU and IMC patients Patient age: 23 weeks up to 1 year olds. NICU IV exp required NRP and BLS required Min 2 years exp required First time travelers are not accepted unless they have 5 years exp Common diagnoses consist of PPHN, bowel perf or NEC, BPD, Tracheostomy/G-button evals, pre-op cardiac anomalies, gastroschisis, hydrocephalus, and many more. Travelers will be the first to float and can go to our PICU, CCU, or med surg floors. Must be comfortable floating to Cardiac ICU and working with trachs
