- SHIFT- 3X12-HOUR WEEKEND SHIFTS (0700-1930) TRAVELER TO CHOOSE EITHER FRI, SAT, SUN or SAT, SUN, MON
- - 4-6 weekends in 6 week schedule
- - 4-6 calls assigned within 6 week schedule (30-minute response required)
- - Holidays per dept need
- Will care for Covid patients
- Could float if needed
- The Operating Room Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in the anticipation and planning for the care of the patient in the operating room.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ensuring supplies, timeliness of cases, communication with families, updating of physician preference cards, scrubbing and assisting physicians during surgical cases, and supervision of personnel delivering patient care.
Job Details
- *MULTI-SPECIALTY OR EXPERIENCE, ESPECIALLY ORTHO & ROBOTIC
- *LEVEL 1 TRAUMA EXPERIENCE
- *PREVIOUS TRAVELER EXPERIENCE
- *Do not submit if PA license is not ACTIVE
- *Active License at the time of submittal**
- *MINIMUM 2 years experience required
- *Epic experience preferred, not required
- *ACTIVE BLS

Schedule Information
- *Nicotine-free facility – ALL FORMS OF NICOTINE – ASSIGNMENT WILL BE CANCELED & NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REHIRE FOR 12 MONTHS IF THERE IS A POSITIVE RESULT FOR ANY REASON*
- *WellSpan will not consider candidates that have had license suspended anytime in the past
- All time off and/or scheduling requests must be included in the submission
- Candidates cannot be considered if they have been employed as a perm hire at any WellSpan site within the year.
- WellSpan requires the flu vaccine from September 7 - April 30.
