Fair Oaks Ave. Suite 320 Pasadena, CA 91105 Hematology-Oncology Downtown Los Angeles 700 W. 7th Street, Suite S270-B Los Angeles, CA 90017 REQUIRED: BSN, CA License, ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy certification, 2 years min OUTPATIENT Chemo experience, AHA BLS SHIFT: 0800-1630; 5x8- days ; No weekend requirements HOLIDAY RTO DETAILS: Restricted RTOs: 11/27-12/2 & 12/23-12/26
