Description:
Oncology Infusion RN - Chemo/ Immuno Certified for a fast-paced clinic
Non-oncologic infusions in addition to chemotherapy/immunotherapy
Solid mass and heatologic cancer dx.
Pharmacy and Social Services provider support, NP coverage in house.

ADN accepted and must be enrolled in a BSN program.

Liver Cancer, Lung cancer, Melanoma, Multiple Myeloma, Lymphoma/Non-Hodgkins lymphoma, Ovarian Cancer/Uterine Cancer, Pancreatic Cancer, Prostate Cancer)
Administration of chemotherapy
Body fluid handling post Chemotherapy
Continuous Infusion of chemotherapy
IV push administration of chemotherapy
Management/disposal cytotoxic spills
Monitor chemotherapy
Oral Administration of chemotherapy
Recognize/ communicate abnormal lab values

Care and management of ports

Required Experience:
One year of experience

Required Education:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

Preferred Education:
Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program

Required Certifications & Licensure:
Current RN License issued by the California State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC).
Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association (AHA, no HeartCode)
Chemo cert (OCN preferred)
