- Traveler’s permanent residence must be 100 miles or > from the hospital’s service area
- General orientation will begin on Sundays
- Sunday will be online CBLs
- Start any Sunday that compliance documents are completed by the deadline
Job Requirements
- Hospital can cancel/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the employed 36/36 or 36/48 schedule if there is a decrease in census
- Additional shifts picked up above the work commitment as additional overtime shifts will be flexed as needed for hospital census decrease/decreased resource need without penalty
Schedule Information
- Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education as we prepare future nurses for the profession
- Clinical nursing student education responsibility is expected in addition to/alongside the provision of clinical care practice in every nursing specialty at Ballad Health
