Be sure this is added to the application prior to submitting in order to avoid delay.ICU exp does not count towards SD/PCU exp at this facility, therefore, you MUST have SD/PCU experience to be considered.Unit is trialing team nursing where two nurses and a PCT partner together to care for a group of patients. The goal of this model is to divide the work and not the patients ultimately, improving both the workload and patient care. During this trial, nurses may function in either team nursing or primary nursing depending on the status of the trial.36 or 48 hours**Must have vent exp and EPIC experience**Targeted patient ratios are 1:4, but they can be up to 1:5-6**Travel experience preferred**

Unit Specific InformationWorking with Tele/drips/ventsPatient population primarily consists of COPD, CHF, Pneumonia, Flu, Sepsis, Diabetic Ketoacidosis and Post Covid. With the support of Respiratory Therapist, we care for trach, vents, bipaps and high-oxygen requirements.We see insulin drips for both our DKA and DKA population as well as heparin Cardizem and sporadic other drips. Trach/vents on unit, no orally intubated patients.Navy Blue Scrubs required
