**Job Title:** Occupational Therapist

**Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hours/week

**License:** AZ or Compact License (must be in hand)
**Certifications:** BLS
**Must-Have:** Experience in an outpatient therapy clinic with a focus on hand therapy, including upper extremity cases
Fingerprint clearance required for AZ OT License with a total processing time of 10-12 weeks.
**Job Description:**
- Work in an outpatient setting with a multidisciplinary team including OT, PT, and SLP services.
- Manage a daily caseload of 8-11 patients per technician.
- Support hand therapy diagnosis and referrals.
- Collaborate with in-network orthopedics, neurology, and primary care providers.
- Commitment to professional development and maintaining up-to-date certifications.
- Participate actively in orientation and training modules during the first week.
- Adhere to facility requirements and maintain compliance with all local and federal regulations.
- Flexible and adaptable to floating within the hospital if needed (based on skill set and census).
**Additional Information:**
- Work schedule is Monday through Friday with no weekend, on-call, or floating requirements to sister facilities.
- Business casual attire is required.
- Experience with Cerner charting is preferred.
- Compliance with COVID-19 and Flu vaccine requirements, with possible exemptions available.
- Orientation includes 12 non-billable hours.
