Requirements: Proficiency in TPN review/recommendations to providers, order verification, manual product packaging checks, and both oral and IV compounding. Experience with chemotherapy IV admixture as needed. Ability to handle and triage phone calls appropriately. Active PA license. Preferred: Theradoc experience.
