Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 530pm with 1 hour break for lunch from 1 to 2pm//Current Alaska License required//must have Flu Vaccination//Pharm.D. degree and licensure as a registered pharmacist//licensed prior to 2003 with a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree with 3 years of experience in hospital and/or ambulatory clinic pharmacy//registered pharmacist state license//Certification: BLS//Covid Card//Completion of a nationally recognized (by ASHP) pharmacy residency program preferred// Charting: Cerner
