Job DetailsThis facility will not consider any traveler who resides within 50 miles of the facility.Our approach to physical therapy includes direct involvement with each patient, combining advanced hands-on techniques with patient education and individualized rehabilitative programs.We're Helping Patients Who Have: Orthopaedic and sports injuries, gait training, balance training, fractures, sprains and dislocations, musculoskeletal dysfunctions, neck and back pain, neurological disorders (such as stroke and Parkinson's), balance and fall prevention, bone and joint diseases, hand injuries, workplace injuries, pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, pulmonary rehabilitation.Typical patient ratio: 8/day Monday-Thursday, 4/5 on Friday.This traveler will be able to provide evaluations and treatments including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises for patients with varying diagnoses including post operative care, joint replacement, back pain, tendonitis issues, general deconditioning, balance and vertigo issues.
Job Requirements2 years CURRENT PT experience - Required (New grads will not be considered for this need)Must be flexible - Will need to work Inpatient PT as neededMust have VERTIGO experience (LSVT BIG Certification preferred)Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy - RequiredPrevious Rehab Experience - RequiredPrevious travel experience - REQUIRED - At least 3 mos.CPSI EMR experience - Highly PreferredPrevious experience working with PTA's - Preferred
