Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a committed Skilled Nursing Facility SNF Physical Therapist PT to join a skilled nursing facility SNF in Northport, CA for a 13 - week contract with the possibility to extend.�The qualified Skilled Nursing Facility SNF Physical Therapist PT will act as the patients' partner throughout their daily tasks and assist patients to function at their personal best.�As a Skilled Nursing Facility SNF Physical Therapist PT, you will maximize the quality of life and movement potential within the spheres of promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation.
