- Provide support to physical therapists in delivering therapy services.
- Assist in the rehabilitation of patients through exercises and other therapeutic practices.
- Monitor patient progress and report on their status to the lead therapist.
- Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.
- Ensure all therapy sessions are conducted in adherence to protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to create tailored therapy plans for patients.
- Document patient treatments and progress clearly and accurately.
- Display strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Adapt to varying patient needs and handle each case with compassion and professionalism.
