**Job Description:**
- Provide physical therapy services, primarily in an outpatient setting with some inpatient responsibilities.
- Work mainly with adult and geriatric populations, with occasional pediatric cases.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement appropriate treatment plans.
- Conduct patient evaluations and document progress accurately and timely.
- Assist in the rehabilitation process by applying therapeutic interventions per the supervising Physical Therapist's plan.
- Educate patients and families on exercises and activities to improve their condition and promote wellness.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Commit to continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest practices in physical therapy.
