- Prior medical/clinical social worker experience
- Provides clinical social work services to identified patients and families including outpatient and inpatient services
- Includes individual family and group counseling regarding the impact of illness and hospitalization
- Functions as a coordinating link between patient, family, hospital, and community resources to assure continuity of care
- Ratios: 1:5
- Cerner Experience Preferred
- Weekend REQ: rotating weekend if hired for perm
- 2 Years Minimum Experience Required
- Must have 1 prior travel assignment
- MUST HAVE DC LICENSE UPON SUBMITTAL
