Shift: M-F 0800-1700Coverage area: Servicing Lake County and parts of McHenry County- 1 year SLP experience (previous home health experience is ideal)- Masters degree in Speech Pathology- active IL license- active BLS (AHA)Manager highly prefers someone with previous EPIC experience as well.
