**Job Description:**
- Full-time positions with 40 hours per week expected
- Responsible for providing comprehensive speech therapy services
- Must adhere to all credentialing checklists and maintain up-to-date documentation
- Engage with team members to ensure a collaborative rehabilitation environment
- Evaluate, plan, and implement patient-specific therapy strategies
- Provide ongoing assessments and adjustments to patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and therapy sessions
