- Create accountability for all project team members, ensuring adherence to financial, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and logistics plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory submissions, budgets, schedules, the design process, and quality control.
- Develop and submit capital budgets while reporting variances as required.
- Manage the purchasing process including the development of RFP/RFQ documents for design services, construction services, materials purchasing, and other services.
- Review and approve all project invoices.
- Maintain project records including design drawings, submittals, correspondence, regulatory submissions, financial statements, and more.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.
- Lead design meetings, overseeing the development of project equipment lists and requirements.
- Provide direct supervision of design consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality of work, and safety standards.
- Oversee project completion and occupancy with an emphasis on construction closeout and the commissioning of equipment and systems.
- Participate and ensure staff involvement in ongoing performance improvement initiatives.
- Effectively communicate information across multiple platforms to maintain a positive work environment.
