**Job Title:** X-Ray Technician - DEXA Specialist

**Must-Have:** EPIC charting experience
**Job Description:**
- Perform specialized DEXA scans utilizing Lunar GE equipment.
- Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio to ensure quality care and attention.
- Comply with all hospital policies and protocols.
- Participate fully in orientation and complete all required modules pre-start and annually.
- Adhere to travel compliance requirements, including floating between sister facilities when needed.
- Communication devices will be provided if required; if not, reimbursement for work-related usage will be covered.
- No on-call, weekend, or block schedule requirements.
- Orientation consists of 40 non-billable training hours.
- Scrub color requirements are flexible; any color is acceptable, with specific provisions for certain departments.
**Additional Information:**
- The facility type is Short Term Acute Care with a total of 418 staffed beds.
- The use of Epic for charting is mandatory.
- Submittal details include references required – a minimum of two supervisory references covering one year within the last three years in a comparable specialty/setting.
- Modules self-reported, completion recorded in Workramp transcripts.
**Note:** Candidates may be expected to float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby
Rejecting floating assignments may lead to termination of the assignment.
