About the Role:
As a Traveling Superintendent, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the high standards of quality and client care that our client is known for. This position requires someone who is not only knowledgeable about commercial construction processes but also client-facing, ensuring that every project is completed with the utmost expertise and attention to detail. Despite the increasing size and complexity of their projects, our client’s commitment to excellence remains unchanged.
Superintendent Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent (experience with a General Contractor is preferred)
- B.S. in a Construction-related degree is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
- Must be willing and able to travel and work out of town for multiple weeks at a time
- Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations, with a proven track record of upholding them
