• Repair and maintain commercial HVAC, Commercial Kitchen appliances, hoods, refrigeration systems, electrical systems, and facility maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and remove old systems, then install new ones.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC/R equipment.
• Train, organize, and supervise junior team members.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Provide specific, accurate, and complete information to office staff for ordering replacement parts and new equipment.
• Promote adherence to local HVAC codes, ensuring that work is performed to the highest standards without cutting corners.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with commercial mechanical HVAC and machinery, industrial HVAC and machinery, and commercial range hoods.
• Apply electrical experience to diagnose and fix problems in HVAC/R systems.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
• Proven experience as a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Techs with expertise in commercial and industrial HVAC and machinery.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and electrical experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions, including heights and confined spaces.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Must have valid drivers license and insurable driving record
• Ability to train and supervise junior team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to pass a background check
